Born and raised in the Philippines, Carmelo pursued his passion for engineering and eventually earned his degree before migrating to the United States. There, he honed his skills and gained valuable experience in the engineering and construction industry. His years abroad broadened his perspective and strengthened his commitment to using his expertise for meaningful impact.
Driven by a deep sense of purpose, Carmelo returned to the Philippines and chose the beautiful island of Camiguin as the base for his operations — creating livelihood and building stronger communities through CSL Sand and Gravel Supply.
